6th YEAR You will become the owner of an acre of land with 60 stands of manufactured Palm Tree worth ₦1,500,000 forever.
2. Start earning N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) yearly as your ROI (Returns-On-Investment) for the next 5 (FIVE) consecutive years and totaling N250,000 (Two hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) for the projected earning duration;
3. Your N1million (One Million Naira Only) Capital INVESTED automatically makes you an Investor in our Palm Oil Plantation First Phase that targets 2,500 acres of land in one location as Pilot Scheme;
4. The Clients identified or declared to be incapable of paying this N1million (One Million Naira Only) at once are allowed “Flexible Payment Plans” BUT all the required participating money must be completed within the specified “Grace Period” stated in the MOU to be mutually and willingly assented to by the Would-Be Investor;
5. The promised yearly R.O.I too have been viably factored in the E.O.P (Economics of Production) that assures a “Win-Win Arrangement” where our Investors Gain; and Company Gains!
6. Its implementation is designed in a way that there are ready-made SOURCES of REVENUES from where the ROI that is promised to the Client’s will be paid by the Company–No Excuses; No Failure; No Disappointment;
7. The One Acre will then be transferred to the client with the “60 Stands Of Palm Oil Trees” on the allocated land to the client after the 5TH YEAR OF PLANTATION;
8. There will be close Supervision and monitoring of the plantation thus leaving no room for EXCUSES or FAILURES.
9. Every allotted acre will have names of its rightful owners displayed on small signboard erected and it is being done to avoid confusions, mixed-up and disagreement in the future.
10. Acquisition of Multiple ACRES in the Project attract “DISCOUNT” and rewarding packages to be discussed and mutually agreed with the Project Implementer/Coordinator.
